Assets funding system

Asset-based funding is a financing method that involves using a company's assets as collateral to secure a loan or line of credit, or selling these assets to investors in return for the necessary funding. Assets can include trade receivables, loan or leasing contracts, equipment, real estate, or any other kind of receivable that has value to a company.

The basic principle of asset-based funding is that the lender evaluates the quality and value of the assets, not the company itself, and provides funding based on that asset value. Financing is granted subject to presentation of an SKR, when the refined gold is stored in a security house approved by our partners.
For inground assets such as , gas or oil blocks, we require certification of the asset, either in accordance with NI 43-101, JORC geological survey or by an entity accredited by our partners, for NON RECOURSE FUNDING.
